Purchasing Online with a Credit Card
When purchasing online, you will be redirected to the secure PayPal website where — in addition to PayPal — you can make payment by Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.
Shipping
For physical products, we strive to ship all orders by the end of the following business day. All shipping is done using USPS (United States Postal Service). The shipping charge is a flat charge — unless otherwise noted.
In the case of printed paperback books, products may be printed on demand and, as such, may take 2-3 weeks to arrive. Special, expedited shipping may be arranged.
Printables & Downloadables
You will have 15 days to download any printable/downloadable ordered. Printables and downloadables are copyrighted material. Unauthorized duplication is strictly prohibited.
Video Analysis
Once I receive the video of your single-stroke or game-play footage, please allow 3-5 days for analysis. The best option for getting the raw video to me is to upload your file to a cloud storage service, like Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive, and share the link with me.
Once the analysis is completed, I will provide a link for you to download the video analysis and the written 1-page analysis.
Returns and Refunds
If you would like to return a product, please contact us at sales@pickleballmax.com. Unused and non-damaged products may be returned within 30 days for a full credit or refund. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and must return the item with prepaid freight terms in the original packaging.
Printables and downloadables cannot be “returned” for a refund.
