SOFTWARE SET UP

Want to use tournament management software to run your pickleball tournament? Not a problem.

We set everything up for you – including online player registration & payment, waiver management, events set up, and bracket creations.

REGISTRATION

Registration can be a huge hassle for tournament directors. We will remove that stress from you by setting up online registration and payment for all participants.

On tournament game day, we will take care of player check-ins so your tournament runs smoothly and on time. That frees you up so you can network with players, referees, and volunteers… and do other stuff!

GAME-DAY

Tournament “game day” is stressful. But it needn’t be. We take care of managing your tournament on game day by making sure your courts are filled and players are happy!

We will have a printer and scanner on site so that results are immediately recorded and court assignments made. We even send game-day texts to players for partner check-ins and court assignments.
