2025 looks to be another exciting year for both pickleball professionals and amateurs when it comes to tournament competition.

While we cannot include every tournament below, here are the primary tournament events to add to your 2025 pickleball tournament calendar – including stops on the APP Tour, PPA Tour, MLP, Golden Ticket events for USA Nationals, and other notable tournaments.

Even if you don’t play in a tournament, be sure to attend as a spectator if there’s a tournament in your area. It’s always fun to watch!

2025 Schedule for Pro Pickleball Tournaments

Let’s look at the 2025 schedule for stops on professional tours (where amateurs can also play). The dates listed below are as of April 2025.

APP Pickleball Tournament Calendar for 2025

In its seventh full season, the APP continues to add to its tournament repertoire. The 2025 season will bring “14 nationally televised APP Tour events, an expanded APP Next Gen series circuit, international competitions, and additional tournament opportunities for pros and amateurs.”

2025 will also coincide with the opening of the APP’s global headquarters, The Fort, in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This venue will host a few of the 2025 tournaments.

Major League Pickleball Tournaments in 2025

In 2025, MLP plans to hold 14 weeks of events. That is an increase of more than 25% vs. 2024. MLP has scheduled 10 Regular Season Events, a Mid-Season Tournament, Two-Week Playoffs, and MLP Cup. The events will be played April-August. For the first time, events will be hosted in Team Cities.

USA Pickleball Golden Ticket Tournaments in 2025

To participate in the USA Pickleball Nationals, you must qualify. The following tournaments offer “golden tickets” to gold medal winners. The golden ticket grants winners exclusive pre-registration for USA Pickleball Nationals. The 2025 Golden Ticket events are hosted by USA Pickleball, and in partnership hosted by the Association of Pickleball Players (APP) and UTR Sports (UTR).
